I actually do the opposite.
I've found that when there are 2 identical balloons side by side, one of the two has always had a decent hit (usually 25) in it, with the other being 5 or 10.
Extremely small sample size, and if i get better than 10 on the first i ignore the second except a few times when i hurried and tested the theory. But its working for me until it doesn't anymore lol.
