Both topics discussed in the other thread, though not as prominently. Still no need to start another thread. But don't mind me, I don't want to be a moderator on any site (I have already been once, and it is a lot of work), but if I were a moderator here, I would not be as lax with all the new threads. It makes a forum quite messy.
Aside from that aspect, I think the moderators here are top notch. I love the fact that they are so active here, and if you have a specific question you could send a pm, and almost get an answer right away. That's fantastic.
But since this thread doesn't seem to get merged with the other, I will try to keep it on topic now.
I haven't seen a single donut in any balloon so far, and the most I have won is 125 (2x50+1x25) tickets, which apparently might be the third or second best prize pay-out you can win (wish I took a pic of that). Only 3x50 tickets and Donuts (if you can win donuts this way, and EA didn't do the same to these donuts as they did with the Snake egg-donus) are better prizes.
