You build it through the quest line and you get a balloon appear above it after so many hours. You then get to pop 3 balloons to reveal tickets or donuts. Although expect to find as many donuts there as you did in the eggs during whacking day lol

Sort of like the Kwik-E-Mart with donuts but you don't have to spend donuts to win. Can't wait to get to try this. :D
