Yep, same with me. The "first" time (it resets really quickly though, not sure how that works) I try to go to Krustyland from Springfield, the game crashes and sends me back to my home screen. Then if I reload the game I can go to KL with no problems.
The way to get around it for me is, I leave the game directly FROM KL each time I'm done playing. Then the next time I go to play, it will bring me right back to KL and I can go to Springfield from there. It's annoying but it works.
