Absolutely sure, I have gone through it over and over again. I have returned the stones to the inventory and they line up, 1,2,3,4,6,7. I have looked further along inventory. I have looked along purchases and it is just not there. I have uninstalled and re-installed. I am at a loss as to what to do. Thanks for answering me. I guess nobody else knows what to do either.

u sure you checked the complete inventory ? dunno try contacting ea

Well other than check the main inventory a couple more times, the only other thing you can do is contact EA. You can do that on the website :worried: I just wanted to help! :smile:

This has to be one of the most weirdest things to happen. Having one stone missing from the set.
When you purchase the set they go straight into the inventory, you then have to bring one out a time. So search carefully your inventory.

Is it possible that you have accidentally placed one of the stones behind something in your Springfield as you where removing them from your inventory?

I have tried everything. I thought I would put it all back in inventory but it would only let me put the stones back. Which I did. But still only 6. I moved everything around the stones to make sure one isn't hiding somewhere, but not there. And definitely not in inventory. Indeed it is very odd. I also cannot do anything with the gnome, but it is the stones that are concerning me the most at the moment. I tried to contact EA but it is so confusing I have been running round in circles getting nowhere. However I will follow the instructions given by LPNintendoITA (thank you) and see what happens.

I have contacted EA and they can see I have all 7 stones. So maybe this is the answer. I am going to have to tap every bit of my Springfield to see if a stone sings to me. Otherwise I guess there is nothing else I can do.
