I would like the monument to be used every 8 hours. 3 times in a 24 hour span. That would be extremely helpful, especially as these towns are getting larger and larger. I prefer every 4 hours, but I'll take every 8.

I liked the Futurama Worlds of Tomorrow collect all. You could use it anytime you had at least 8 buildings ready to collect.

Does the collect all still throw out the tap radius blast from each building that would then free nearby characters (hope that made sense)? Because I have certain characters that I like to keep on certain visual tasks, and wouldn’t want (or be able, even) to hunt them all down to retask them. If it frees nearby characters, I won’t be using it. I actually have enough money that I don’t collect from buildings often, leaving them for neighbors, but it would be neat to use the monument occasionally.
