When I went into my game after seeing this on his site it did a download. Not sure how large a file.

I wanted to save my donuts until the next real Gil donut sale - which seems like it won't be here until Christmas, unfortunately.
I have 700 donuts stashed from LAST Christmas and was going to hold them for nothing other than exclusives until the next donut sale.
However, if Otto/school bus is only 70 donuts, I'll have to pounce. I've been slow to pick up a lot of the "core premium characters" since I started playing in May 2013. Of the ones available when I started, I still don't own Otto, Duffman, Tatum, Miss Springfield and Hank Scorpio. I only got Frink and Jasper to take advantage of their SC tie-in. (Same for Disco Stu, but he wasn't around when I started.)
As much as I want to save, 70 donuts for Otto is too good a deal to miss...
