There was a thread the other day of an app update or that was lies - i don't have otto

That's a bummber. Have you tried all the usual, turn your phone off/on, closed out app completely, uninstall/reinstall?
I'm looking at your post count, over 1200, pretty impressive, and you joined over a year ago, but you do not have a place for an avatar on your forum screen name. I wonder, are you still waiting to get promoted? That is the only thing I can think of, but that seems impossible with your high post count. I wish you the best of luck in getting the newest Gil deal. I wish I would have waited to get Otto.- Am I the only one hoping we get actual NEW content today in an App-Store Update? We are way due for some sort of Expansion.

Yes I've force-quit the app several times tonight and the offer has not yet popped. I don't do the uninstall/reinstall method because i've never needed to (nor do I think it's even necessary).

if tomorrow a.m. i see my handshakes disappear again, then they haven't fixed anything! and then I'm going to put a voodoo curse on EA. Seriously that's what I'll do. =p
