Has anyone been able to get an asnwer from EA? I was told 1-2 weeks and it's getting nearer to 3 weeks now with no reply and another email sent 2 days ago and no reply or acknowledgement of that e-mail. I'm really diheartened with EA. I think I'll be going to Apple soon for a full refund and compensation.
