apart from the fever cabin the rest are only skins for the houses (if you've the old items already). (speaking only of the tunnel prizes)

They started out good, now they're terrible. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't tunnel 11's prize the exact same festive lawn bell that's in the store for 425 money??
