apart from the fever cabin the rest are only skins for the houses (if you've the old items already). (speaking only of the tunnel prizes)

there should be an incentive for playing an event - (like prizes that wont end up in storage)
right now there's no difference if someone just deleted Tapped Out for the month on December...their springfield would look no different
