apart from the fever cabin the rest are only skins for the houses (if you've the old items already). (speaking only of the tunnel prizes)

A couple good things on the way, based on what I've read. But a lot of junk.
I'm really surprised we haven't seen the "festive" guy with the kitschy store who saved homer from the reindeer. Maybe there's a new level too.
