So frustrated with missing donuts/items!

Missing donuts after purchase depends on result you want, Money refunded- Apple or Google or what have you, donuts you purchased added- ea can do it.

Thanks all. EA support basically said to contact Apple for all issues which seemed like a bit of a cop out.

It looks like EA support is offline until tomorrow (save live chat, which I waited on for awhile before giving up). I'll try again tomorrow! :)
