yes thank you i saw that before but couldn't find socialism info in it... rechecking the page i missed it the first time ..

yes i have about 30 neighbors in my list yet my star is only 1 . I did read the discription but couldn't understand like keep adding neighbor and i will eventually go up or mine is glitched up somehow?

That seems to be a fair assessment, as the other ratings require "more" of the items.

Iam at 4 and a half stars and havnt visited my friends since the end of WD, it's just so time consuming and after WD iam not sure iam ready for that hour and a half just collect a few $$$

Depending how fast the server is. Takes me about an hour to visit 100.

You just have to be friends with them, visiting doesn't matter.

I only every visit during the events (H'ween, Christmas, Valentines, Whacking Day).

What level are you? 30 neighbors is probably not enough once you're at the higher levels.

Just add some people from the "Add Me" thread. You'll bump up in no time.
