I wouldn't mind if the wheel returned, but maybe just put some ok-ish prizes on it, I don't want to be really excitited about getting a new building or character and then realise that I have to spin a wheel to get it.
If the wheel returns put stuff like this on it:
-Building skins
-Decorations
-One or two multiplier items (it feels like we haven't got any free multipliers in ages)
-Bonus currency for the main prize track and/or community prize track
-Donuts

well multiplier is correct to be for premiums only since it's an added thing that you get for spending donuts on items
