If we get a Wheel back, a simple change would be to make items only "winnable" once.
Eg. For Xmas 2013, don't put cash or gift cards back in place of won prizes. Either black them out (& give the player a re-spin), or make it so spins don't land on them.
If the event goes for 30 days, put 25 or so prizes on there. If you play the whole event daily you're guaranteed all the prizes, if not you get a random assortment of them. Once all the prizes are expired, spin for a random 1-3 donuts (same as the post-Personal Prizes donut boxes).
