I am max but still building Krustyland which is independent of Springfield. I only tap the buildings, neighbors tap.
Granted I have no Aspirationals (and have no burring desire for them) but my cash goes up. In fact, I have some many tapped buildings when I wake up, I'm adding more houses, but I need the indolence rating boost anyway
