I'd stay away from Kearney. Biggest regret that I have.
I'd definitely go for Moleman or the Squeaky Voice Teen before, as both have much better tasks and are voiced. Otto is also good, as he comes with a "building" too, thereby giving you cash as well as what's earned with his tasks.
