People here don't understand maths, it's a 3 out of 10 chance every time for cash I believe, haven't unlocked te wheel yet , this means that every time you go you had a 30% chance of getting them. Not that if you have ten attempts you're guaranteed cash only 3 times.
It's luck of the draw, those who hae won more increase the cash odds and so are unlikely to get the main prize straight away, just like the lottery in the sense that you can enter every week of your life, but still not win a penny because the chance doesn't work that way.
