No one can answer that because no one has access to it. It is a parchment prize only attainable when you solve 24 parchment riddles. We will all find out in 6 days.

So that players have the chance to finish all the parchment puzzles before the deadline? Not everyone will be able to finish each puzzle on the day it is unlocked, and it would be unfair to have puzzles unlocking right to the end as that guarantees some players finding it impossible to complete them all.
By unlocking all of them with still a week to go, EA gives those players time to make sure they complete them all.
