Fat Tony isnt even in my list of characters by the buildings. For his Compound it shows his 2 goons and hes not a premium character either so even if I get up to Herman done in time, I'm screwed on that one.

He'll show up when you build the businessman's club. I know he isn't pictured with it, but he'll show up.

Alrite, I'm just hoping I can get everything built in time. Averaging about 40k or more a day in cash so money wise for the buildings shouldnt be a problem I would think, just the building them and the quests required will be a pain.

I unlocked it this morning by mistake because I set Skinner on his 24h task yesterday
