Spotlight Dance Bot is an NPC.

Ok cool, because when I click on him in friends towns he doesn't do anything which usually means he's not an npc, so I would hav hated to miss out on a cheap character. Thanks

When you go to the Chamber of Commerce and tap on the character jobs, the spotlight dancer is on the list, but has no tasks. If it's not going to have tasks, EA should remove it from the list.
