Because EA know that when MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT adds 900 donuts, they want me to spend them and so they add a bunch of premium stuff and I buy it all like a moron. =)

I dunno, still seems a waste of a building for one job to one character. But, sad thing is I may spring for it eventually myself. Hate being a completist sometimes.
