Springfield Bowl

Haven't found anything about it, but are we supposed to receive a Burns skin in addition to Springfield Bowl? I'm sure the preview image while collecting these voucher thingies showed Mr. Burns in some kind of costume next to the building, which usually means a new character or skin coming with it. Do I miss something here?

    It's a quest, then part of a performance act, such as the outdoor stage example

    Thanks, that explains it. I didn't notice the animation during the quest. Still strange that they pictured him with the Bowl. There are no characters visible in the preview for the outdoor stage.
