Springfield Heights buildings (level up buildings)...do you store all of them or keep some?

When you max out the deluxe condo, the business center, and the parking thingy you get to choose which level to display. I found the first or second level to be much less of an eyesore then the 5th (final) level.

That having been said, I recently stored all 3 types and the private islands, 63% for all that space taken up wasnt a fair trade off anymore. As I said above, I kept out the classic (4%ea total-40%) and modern mansions (5%ea total-50%) for the 90% xp boost
