In my opinion, I don't have a house farm and I have never farmed. I do have a eleven brown house for the neighbors to click, but that is the house style I have the most of. I do have quite a few premium items, characters and buildings. I own all the aspirational buildings and lI have been playing since whacking days.
The moment I became rich is the moment I bought the last piece of land. Right now I have 6 million, but at one point I had 16. It just happens if you click regularly and keep playing, no house farm necessary.
