Springfield oddities / game changes you've noticed since you started playing.

+ I noticed that the lemon tree (got mine in mystery box months ago) has a now payout of 200$ When the tree was new, there was a payout of 1000$. I am pretty sure about this.

oh i totally understand and thats why i stated "when i send him on his quest to chase humans, barts quest is still locked." both are available and barts is always locked.
