I'd kindly suggest 3 things.
Sell all of your quickie Mart's. They will earn you a very nice penny. There is no reason to keep them in storage.
Also would you consider farming every four hours, it brings a lot more money than doing it once in a while with trucks.
Third and most important you should be on level 939. There you ear more donuts when leveling up.
