    Iam with Optus and have gone through the ombudsman before because of an unexplainable high bill, maybe it's time to contact them again. Thanks.

    Yeah that's right, I resigned because I had hardly no issues in my previous contract with the iPhone4 and now I have upgraded I have nothing but dramas,arguing over unexplainable high bills, bad service and network coverage and even when I switch it back to 3G it's worse than my iphone4. Havnt moved house or changed the way I use the phone at all.
