There was a "safe sex" joke in the recent update. Oddly it was Homer talking to eight-year-old Lisa, which was strange.

The game is still shown as being "rated" 12+ in the Apple App Store. Not sure if it's different on google or amazon. Either way, I'd think an strip clubs would be premium.
