Do you have Jasper and his skin Number 5? I believe they are required. If you don't have them, the task will hang around until you do have them. Or you can try to ask EA to remove that task from your taskbook

you need jasper and his stone cutter outfit as well as homer and his stone cutter outfit i believe.

I'm having this same problem. I got the Stonecutters lodge from the Yearbook Mystery Box and when I placed it down and I did the quest but I never received Home's skin (Number 908). So I logged out of my account and played it anonymously I bought the lodge again from the Yearbook Mystery Box and it worked I got Number 908. I have Jaspers' skin Number 5 on my account so I don't know why I'm not getting Homer's skin on my account.
