Stonecutters still pay premium
Why wouldn't they stay premium? Most are premium now, as well as the lodge.

Actually, during the Stonecutters event they paid out at about 120% rate (sort of a "semi"-premium rate). Presumably this was so people kept the characters in their Stonecutters costumes for the duration of the event.
After the event finished, the payout rates reverted to the normal standard rate of 100%.
