Strange phenomenon in my town....anyone else???

I've had this since last night. I was moving a lot of my town around & it's that whole section that is now animated. Flags flying, butterflies flying, steel mill lit up. Flags & trees in other parts ...

You mean a whole section of your town, or something on a lesser scale than that? I've never noticed anything animated, but then I probably wouldn't if it was only one or two things. Either that, or EA is just messing with your head. ;)
