Sure fire way to find lawyers

Just leave a few Streets right near your landing zone. Replace all the others with Concrete or Dirt. Viola!
Not only can you find all your Lawyers AND Fans, your neighbors don't have to hunt all over your town to find 3 Fans to tap, because there will be some RIGHT THERE in the landing zone. I know you can't see any in that image, but that's because I tapped them all.
When you drop Lawyers in a neighbor's town they drop onto a street. If there's only one area of street then that's where they'll be. Sometimes they'll wander away, but they don't go very far.

Just be sure you leave ENOUGH road...I have one neighbor who only left one little strip. All his characters crowd onto it, and because they are all crammed together, it is impossible to tap anything.
