Tennis Court and Homer's Surf the Net Animation

That is awesome!! I have not purchased the tennis court yet. But was considering adding it to my area with Artie Ziff. The multiplier was already nice, but the extra animation seals the deal for me...

Is that a permanent task? Will it be in Homer's regular task list, or do we trigger it from the tennis court (like the moon bounce)?
