Fat Tony is back, Kang will be back. I have a feeling items from Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentines will come back for Android users who missed out. :)
Fat Tony & Kang are important recurring characters on the show, slightly different from a decoration that appeared for 5 seconds in one episode. I don't think the Duff Racer will become available again.
I agree that some of the Holiday items may come back, though.
