There seems to be some confusion on various pages as to if this item is only for the newer player or for everyone, from reading it appears to be a boost item aimed more towards the newer players but would be nice to offer it to everyone who wants it.

The only advice is if you bought the offer and didn't get it, to contact EA about it. If you don't have the offer you will have to wait for EA to fix it and offer it.

Seem to recall LPN mention that there was 2 different versions, one for the new player (which was purchasable for most new players but when purchased didn't appear in their game) and another version for everyone else which never showed up.

No idea why it didn't activate either, guess some kind of coding issue that wasn't easy to fix, hopefully one day it'll get fixed and everyone who wants it will have the option to purchase.

It's a mystery to me. Everything else in this event was 247000, 247001 etc. Last event everything was 246000, 246001 etc.
