Its not even that I care about a full list. I'm more frustrated I can't figure out whose playing.
There are two ways to tell whose playing. One is are they leveling up? You can't level up if you don't play. Also, are people in the town working? Most likely they are playing. (Unless they are top level players. My characters can just walk around and I earn a decent amount of money because I've been playing for quite awhile and I have a huge multiplier.)
As Chrisp said, I have 12 android friends. They are listed as friends without tapped out but they are playing.
What operating system are you on? On IOS you can see when people logged in and there is a way to delete them from your iphone or ipad.
