You'll be thankful you choose the Rich Texan. While Arnie's flying tasks seem amazing at first, they become annoying as heck very fast.

Arnie not only gets annoying in your own town, but your neighbors can see him flying around too. Gets annoying if you're trying to visit :/

these are both the two most annoying characters. If I had to pick I say Texan.

Yes Arnie is most annoying. His voice, him always in the way when you're tapping, his voice. Grab onto the rich Texan.

I'd say neither. Meaning, wait until the end of Halloween in case they release a limited item you'd want. Those others will still be there when this event ends. :)

But Arnie Pye is just down right OBNOXIOUS

I keep him in storage most of the time..

Arnie lets you do a two day broadcast at the news station. So I appreciate that aspect.
