- Maybe if its wii u so you actually have a touch screen to play on
- You would have to use the thumbsticks to move stuff etc. it would be insanely hard and time consuming. Maybe for the wii u?
Edit: dang, ninja'd :D - Insanely hard? Really?
How?
LT/L2: Zoom out.
RT/R2: Zoom in.
Left stick: Move.
Click left stick: Move fast.
D-pad: Spin selected items.
A/X + Left stick: Move items.
Start/options/whatever they call it: Menu
LB/L1 and RB/R1: Scroll items in store.
Quite simple. OrdealByFire wrote:

It would be hard trying to lay out a town. Trying to select a shrub surrounded by other decorations on a tablet/phone is already hard enough (selects everything else other than what you want), imagine trying to do that using thumbsticks. (Not to mention it would take a lot longer) Now if we could link a tablet to the ps4/XBone (like how we do with battlefield, dead rising 3 etc) we might have something here.- ...You people must just be physically inept, because there'd truthfully be nothing at all difficult/awkward about the controls. In fact, thumbsticks would make it all the more precise.

This is not a console game at all. Nor should it be.
The logic behind this is:- Its called tapped out for a reason. U tap. So only wiiu and ds/3ds works. Maybe psv?

...And you tap A or X on a controller. What's the difference? Why do you need a screen to "tap"?OrdealByFire wrote:
i would love to see people design a town with that tough :pLPNintendoITA wrote:

...And you tap A or X on a controller. What's the difference? Why do you need a screen to "tap"?- I'd find it a hell of a lot easier to design on a controller than on the phone.
Number one reason: Far easier to pin-point what item(s) you want to move. On the phone you need to tap the same area about twenty times just to pick up the item you want. Major frustration when trying to decorate.
