The character finder button is excellent. Now, I just tap all the tumbs for everyone who has completed their tasks, don't bother collecting the money and XP and let it auto-collect, then when everyone is done, I start to click the character finder, set a job, then character finder, set a job etc etc etc.

I can wizz through everyone is less than half the time now!
