Not sure if it’s exactly what triggered it since I also completed a Lisa task, but I was asked to visit neighbors after I crafted my first item.- Ok...it's 24 hours later and I still don't have the Halloween update. Apparently all my neighboreeno's do. Everytime I try to visit it tells me the neighbor has a newer update and I need to update my game, I click 'ok', it takes me back to loading the game with no update. I looked through the IOS app store for an update. Nothing. Looked in the Google store. Nothing. :'(
