Last time, when I complained that Mayan Marge was a useless waste of 90 donuts, they insisted that Mayan Homer had been available and it was my fault for not purchasing him. In fact, he hadn't been available since before I started playing but EA wouldn't listen.
A friend of mine had better luck. He managed to get Homer Mayan for free the last round after the EA support agreed that something is wrong with the offer.
