Father Sean came up with the garage sale last year. That was a couple weeks after I started playing and I got him then. I would assume those who played the miserable Easter event last year and wanted, but didn't get him then, could have also made the purchase. I can only assume that is the reason EA didn't make him available this go round, that is, the fact that he was already made available for donuts. These seem to be all of the other highly desired but unattainable items from that event.
