Tire fire and other such premium items

p.s. I know there are better choices than the tire fire for cash and xp generation, buildings that come with chars, etc .. remember I'm speaking purely from a flavor standpoint...

If you're talking purely from a design standpoint .... the Tire Fire is as much a landmark in Springfield as the statue of Jebediah. If you're serious about building a legitimate Springfield, I don't see how you can NOT get it.

For someone with your preferences, then yeah surely buy the tire fire. But for pretty much anyone else I wouldn't. It's pretty useless, so only buy it if you think it looks really cool. I don't like it, I probably won't ever buy it but that's just because I feel weird about a pile of tires that has an eternally burning flame.

Love it... the only premium I dont have that I want now is the Springfield sign. But I need some more land and a redesign for where I want to put it in my town!

I budget my doughnuts just like my happy hour money!!!!

Personally I'd save the Donuts. Smithers and Sideshow Bob are on their way soon, likely after the Christmas promo is over.

I would have to buy it, simply because like another poster said, it has been a landmark of Springfield for MANY years now. I can't wait to be able to get all of the premium items. I'm just hoping I can get my boatload of donuts before Christmas is over... I want to get the blue Funzo and Santa's Village so I have everything from the Christmas update. Especially since it will be unattainable forever afterwards.

I am going to purchase the Springfield Sign first, then make a small forest in front of it and have Kang's crash site inside the forest and the tire fire and prison on the outskirts of the forest since those all seem like the best area to put them in.

The Tire Fire should start generating some money
