To house farm or not to house farm?
Well thats up to you :-) here are the stats Just Here I've done purple just to gain money then as soon as the update comes out ill store them :-)

Since the donut awarding bonus levels, I am sad to say I have started to house farm! But just on the edges of my town, and it's a necessary evil! I'm also trying to buy up all the land, so as soon as I have enough for the next piece of available land, I buy it, then fill it with blue houses, then wait for the next piece! Once I have all the land, and enough donuts to buy something good, I will be getting rid of them!
My town still looks awesome though, despite it's Eastern border! ;)
