LOL I did the same thing i took down most of my tree's and fences then i got bored and started adding it little by little tho by the end i added so much stuff again i began crashing :( so i had to retake stuff out but im sure il get bored again and start adding stuff back............ then i thought of something i learned from school

Somewhere in this thread is a great idea for a virtual home improvement show, perhaps with a therapeutic twist. The phrase "today is the day I said" could be a catchy title and tie in to a decor theme. Throw in an Oprah comeback and an EA sponsorship and we have a winner!

Who else has said "to heck with it!" and put their decorations back up?

My 3d stuff is history, but I've been decorating. And adding other things the little *'s respect so I don't to put in roads.

I like bike tasks, but thier drifting through buildings is annoying.

I never pulled my decorations, as that is part of the fun of the game.
I did buy some more land which wil remain barren until I have a good idea for it.

And as long as I remember to go to the friend screen every once in a while (and always before tapping homer) I am able to minimize crashes.

Oh my goodness, lol, I'm crashing every 15 seconds! Can't even make it across the town without crashing.

I keep telling myself that and then I glimpse all those trees and how pretty it looks? And it makes the crashing all better.

Kieran, I've only got 52 friends. So it's not the friends doing it. LOL, it truly is the decorations. Was barely crashing before I started adding the trees back and put my fence back up around the cemetary.

The Mayan calendar is the cause of all crashing.

Thank you. Amazing how just a few trees make such a big difference, but it is a vast expanse of white.

Neo - Don't store the Mayan thingy. You will lose......the voice less, task less, walking decoration! LOL nothing happens when you store it. The character just goes away. I like the Mayan God so I leave it out.

When you put it back out, he reappears. It's handy if you are trying to set up a screenshot. I did it once when I had built a pyramid out of hedges and I wanted it to look like he was standing on top of the pyramid. Could never get the timing right so gave up.
