- Wish i had seen this thread last night as i just set him to that task 20mins before the scroll opens so guess it better than nothing lol
Thanks for the heads up tho :) - I just have everyone on 24hour tasks as usual and if someone is needed for one of these tasks I store/unstore their building so that they're available

Looking at the tasks they're mainly short ones. I think the only real need to set early is the last one (Herman 16hr) to ensure it's done.

You and I have different definitions of the word "easiest." I'm keeping everyone free most of the time, especially since there are some buildings they've just disabled storage on.
