If you go over there you can tell this has been a problem for a while, just by the sheer volume of threads. Its been around since at least November of 2016! Not only is it not fixed, but they (EA) will more then likely give you a hard time about a rollback. Educate yourself before calling them so you can deal with them better.
Dont take no for an answer!
Edit: I forgot to mention to call or use the live chat option if possible. Email can take weeks, possibly longer.
