For the last month at least, every time I try to take a "town portrait" it goes through all the loading processes, all the way till the end and then tells me something went wrong and it can't save it. I've been playing for years now so my town is pretty big. I'm pretty much maxed out on all the prizes so I don't know if that's why I'm having a problems. Is my town too big? Anyone else having these problems with the "Town portrait"?

I've never had it work for me once it stopped working. Another thing on the list of EA doesn't care.

atleast this poster did not start a new thread. however they still get to hear you whine about someone posting things. willy, instead of policing try relaxing to newbies. there are mods that do what your doing. after all you basically said the same thing twice in one thread.

@gongamer2 everyone here are players, like you. There is no EA support here, just help from other players (maybe)
That said, there is no known solution for the problem at this time.

First level support is outsourced and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Keep opening tickets and go to EA Answers and post there also

There have been quite a few posts about this for months now. It seems to not work for many people, often during an event. It is quite common though. I did a quick search on town portrait and found over 10 threads. Perhaps check them out.

I was on a Samsung S9 phone running Android 10. When I updated my that phone to Android 10 the town portrait always fails after hitting the SAVE button. It says "Town portrait encountered an unknown issue". I have contacted your tech support and have gone through the suggested troubleshooting, but the problem still exists. This problem exists on my new Samsung S20 FE phone which is also running Android 10. This problem does not occur when I use a friends iphone using my ea login.
